Terms of Service

Sunnr helps people find company for real-world activities. By creating an account you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be 18 or older to use Sunnr.

Keep your account accurate and yours: real name, your own photos, one account per person. You're responsible for what happens under your login. Identity verification may be required for certain features.

Be the person people want to show up for. Not allowed: harassment, hate speech, threats, impersonation, spam, commercial solicitation, illegal activity, or using Sunnr to harm others. We may remove content, restrict features, or terminate accounts that break these rules.

Sunnr connects people; the activities themselves are organised and attended at your own judgment and risk. We don't vet venues or supervise meetups. Read our Safety Center before meeting anyone new, and always meet in public places first.

Some activities involve costs, with terms set by the host (split, host pays, or free) and shown before you join. Payments are processed by Stripe or Paystack under their terms. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, payments for activities are final once the activity's payment deadline passes.

You own what you post. You grant us a licence to host and display it within the service so the app can work. Don't post content you have no right to share.

You can delete your account anytime in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the community at risk.

Sunnr is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for events at activities organised through the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Contact: hello@sunnr.life.
